All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order. The Zagirdar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

7. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately with photos or an unboxing video for assistance.
